What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity depends on the product. Check the Quantity step on each product page for that product's lowest available quantity.
Does the price include shipping and customs?
Yes. The online price is the final all-in price for your selected options. It includes production, standard shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery.
How fast will I receive a design proof?
Once we receive usable artwork and clear order details, we send the first digital proof within 12 business hours. We revise the proof for free until the production layout is approved.
What if I need part of the order sooner?
Choose the available Shipping Speed at checkout. Standard, Express, and Rush options show their delivery windows and any added delivery premium before you pay.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Existing samples and custom samples are available with shipping paid by the customer. Sample cost or shipping can be credited toward an eligible production order, and samples usually arrive in about 2 weeks.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos. If the issue is caused by our production or fulfillment error, we will work with you on a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.
