What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 2,000 cups per design. Larger orders receive lower per-unit pricing.
Does the price include shipping and customs?
Yes. The price you see is the all-in price for your order unless we state otherwise in writing. We handle production, standard shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery.
How fast will I receive a design proof?
Once we receive usable artwork and clear order details, we send the first digital proof within 12 hours. Production starts only after you approve the proof.
What if I need part of the order sooner?
Ask us about split shipping. For eligible orders, we can air ship a small first batch while the rest of the order moves by standard sea freight.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are available with shipping paid by the customer. For eligible production orders, sample shipping can be credited back according to the written sample offer we provide.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos. If the issue is caused by our production or fulfillment error, we will work with you on a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.
