Ordering, shipping, samples, and returns
Here is how Packur handles custom packaging orders from quote to delivery, including design proofs, all-in pricing, samples, split shipping, and quality claims.
What does all-in pricing include?
Your quoted price includes production, standard door-to-door shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery. You should not receive a separate bill for freight, customs, or import taxes for the same order.
When do you send the first design proof?
After we receive usable artwork and clear order details, we send the first digital proof within 12 hours. A digital proof is the production preview you approve before printing starts.
Can I request changes to the proof?
Yes. Basic proof adjustments are included, and we keep revising until the production layout is approved. Delays caused by missing files, unclear instructions, or waiting for customer approval are not counted as Packur production delays.
How does split shipping work?
For eligible orders, limited-time free split shipping can send a small first batch by air while the remaining quantity ships by standard sea freight. Fully air-shipped orders are also available with an additional freight charge.
How do samples work?
Samples are available with shipping paid by the customer. If you place a production order, the sample shipping cost is credited back 100%. We recommend keeping refunds for non-orders case by case rather than publishing a blanket sample refund policy.
Can I cancel after approving the proof?
Because custom packaging is made for your brand, orders usually cannot be canceled or changed once the proof is approved and production has started. Contact us as quickly as possible if something needs to change.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos of the issue, including packaging when relevant. If the issue is caused by our production or fulfillment error, we will work with you on a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.
What is not considered a production defect?
Minor color variation, slight print-position tolerance, screen-to-print differences, customer-approved spelling errors, low-resolution artwork, or files supplied outside production specifications are usually not treated as production defects.
Still have questions?
Browse the guides above, or reach out — we will help you configure your order and send a production-ready proof.
