Ordering, shipping, samples, and returns

Here is how Packur handles custom packaging orders from online price to delivery, including design proofs, shipping speed, samples, and quality claims.

The online price shown for your selected options is the final all-in price.
What does all-in pricing include?

Your online price includes production, standard door-to-door shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery. You should not receive a separate bill for freight, customs, or import taxes for the same order.

When do you send the first design proof?

After we receive usable artwork and clear order details, we send the first digital proof within 12 business hours. A digital proof is the production preview you approve before printing starts.

Can I request changes to the proof?

Yes. Proof adjustments are included, and we keep revising for free until the production layout is approved. Delays caused by missing files, unclear instructions, or waiting for customer approval are not counted as Packur production delays.

How does split shipping work?

Choose from the Shipping Speed options at checkout. If Express split delivery is available, the first portion ships sooner and the remaining quantity follows by standard shipping. Rush delivery sends the full order faster with an added delivery premium.

How do samples work?

Existing samples and custom samples are available with shipping paid by the customer. Sample cost or shipping can be credited toward an eligible production order, and samples usually arrive in about 2 weeks.

Can I cancel after approving the proof?

Because custom packaging is made for your brand, orders usually cannot be canceled or changed once the proof is approved and production has started. Contact us as quickly as possible if something needs to change.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos of the issue, including packaging when relevant. If the issue is caused by our production or fulfillment error, we will work with you on a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.

What is not considered a production defect?

Minor color variation, slight print-position tolerance, screen-to-print differences, customer-approved spelling errors, low-resolution artwork, or files supplied outside production specifications are usually not treated as production defects.
