This Privacy Policy explains how Packur ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit packur.com, create an account, request a quote, upload designs, or place an order for custom printed cups (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you register or sign in, we may collect:

• Email address;
• Display name (optional);
• Password (stored only as a salted hash — we never store plain-text passwords);
• If you use Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture URL provided by Google.

Order and quote information

When you configure a quote, submit an inquiry, or check out, we may collect:

• Business or store name;
• Cup configuration (size, quantity, wall type, lid, print finish, delivery option);
• Shipping city, postal code, and country (and full shipping address at checkout);
• Contact name and email;
• Uploaded logos, artwork, and brand text used in previews or production;
• Quote and order totals, deposit amounts, and order status.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction references and limited billing metadata from Stripe (such as payment status and amount). We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

Technical and usage information

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. We use session storage to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in flows (for example, OAuth state tokens).

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Provide quotes, proofs, order confirmations, and customer support;
• Process deposits and payments through Stripe;
• Arrange production and door-to-door shipping of your order;
• Improve the Site, prevent fraud, and maintain security;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site — for example Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in and address autocomplete, when you use those features);
• Production and logistics partners as needed to manufacture and deliver your order (typically limited to shipping details and production specifications);
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and server-side sessions to authenticate you and keep you signed in. These are necessary for account features and cannot be disabled while using logged-in functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Site.

5. Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Inquiry data may be stored for up to twelve (12) months unless a longer period is needed for an active order or legal obligation.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@packur.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can stop using the Site at any time. You may also disconnect Google sign-in from your Google account settings; note that this may limit your ability to sign in with Google on our Site.

8. International transfers

We serve customers worldwide. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect your information in line with this Policy.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
